OEM/ODM Comb & Hair Brush Manufacturer
Choose the right manufacturing path for your comb or hair brush project — brand an existing style, modify an existing product, or develop a new one.
VANTRE supports buyers at different starting points. Compare the three routes first, then continue with the product, development, material or packaging path that matches your project.
Does the product itself need to change?
Existing product reference + branding / packaging confirmation
Physical sample + recorded modification points
Development sample + revision record + final approval

Choose the Right Manufacturing Route
Three project paths, depending on how much the product needs to change.
- What Changes
- Selected structural details change
- What You Provide
- Existing product reference, modification list, target dimensions or reference sample
- How It Is Verified
- Physical sample + recorded modification points
- What Changes
- A new structure is developed from a reference or concept
- What You Provide
- Drawing, image, physical sample or new-product concept
- How It Is Verified
- Development sample + revision record + final approval
The best route depends on one question:
Does the product itself need to change?
If not, start from an existing style.
If dimensions, teeth, handle, thickness, components or other structural details need to change, use the custom-development path.

Existing Style Branding
Keep the product structure and focus on how the brand is presented.
This route is suitable when an existing comb or hair brush already meets the product requirement.

Branding options can include:
- laser engraving;
- printing;
- hang tag;
- labeling.
Packaging directions can include:
Presentation to confirm
- gift box;
- sets;
Components and delivery details
- paper sleeve;
- simple packaging;
- bulk;
- or a custom packaging structure confirmed through inquiry.
If the structure itself does not need to change, this is usually the simplest route.
When Does a Project Become Custom Development?
Once the product structure changes, the project moves beyond simple branding.
Examples of structural changes include:

A drawing, image or physical reference sample can explain the target, but it does not automatically mean the same structure can move directly into mass production unchanged.
When the product itself needs to change, the project should enter structural review and physical sampling. Comb projects also need the Teeth Slitting or Inlaid-tooth route confirmed, while hair-brush projects need the Cushion Assembly or Tufting / direct-to-base installation route confirmed.
From Reference to Production Approval
Samples turn a project direction into a production reference.
The verification path can be summarized as:

Reference
Start from an existing product, drawing, image, physical sample or project requirement.
Physical Sample
Check the actual product, structure, branding or packaging configuration.
Record Changes
If revisions are needed, modification points are recorded clearly.
Confirm
The revised result is checked against the agreed requirements.
Production Reference
The approved sample and confirmed requirements become the reference for the next production stage.
Reference > Physical Sample > Record Changes > Confirm > Production Reference
Sampling scope, cost and timing depend on the project and are confirmed during inquiry.
Materials, Finish, Branding and Packaging
Choose the manufacturing route first, then define the supporting details.
Materials & Craft
Material and surface treatment affect appearance, touch and how the product should be sampled. For detailed comparison of bamboo, wood, wheat-straw materials and finish options:
Branding & Packaging
Once the product direction is clear, define the logo application, paper sleeve, simple packaging, bulk packing, gift box or set presentation.
These supporting choices are reviewed within the project, but their full specifications are handled on the dedicated service pages.
Choose Your Next Step
Start from the point that matches your project today.
I already have a suitable product
Choose an existing product and continue with branding or packaging.
I know the product, but it needs structural changes
Continue to the custom-development process.
I am ready to discuss the complete project
Send the product reference, target changes and current project requirements.
Choose the Right Route Before You Build the Project
Whether you start from an existing product, modify a structure or develop a new one, the first step is to define which route matches the project.
Send the product reference and current requirements. We will use the inquiry process to confirm the appropriate path, sampling requirements and quotation record.
Project Note
Order quantity, sampling scope, packaging details and other commercial conditions are confirmed according to the project. This page does not imply stock availability, low-MOQ supply or unconditional customization.
Intellectual Property, Confidentiality & Exclusive Projects
An OEM/ODM project does not automatically change the ownership of either party's pre-existing intellectual property. Product structures, general designs, manufacturing processes, base models, tooling or fixture solutions, and manufacturing know-how owned or used by VANTRE before the project remain with VANTRE or the relevant rights holder. Customer trademarks, logos, packaging, proprietary artwork and other customer brand assets are used only for the agreed project. Where VANTRE develops the specific design, structure, model or manufacturing solution from the customer's requirements, VANTRE retains, to the extent permitted by applicable law and unless otherwise agreed in writing, the development rights and non-exclusive commercial-use rights that VANTRE is legally entitled to retain. If the project requires confidentiality, delayed publication, design exclusivity, exclusive supply, a design buyout or a customer-only configuration, please define those requirements during quotation or project confirmation. Such arrangements apply only when expressly agreed in writing. Standard sampling and development charges do not by themselves include exclusivity or a buyout.
