Choose the right path for your comb customization project
If you already have a sourcing direction but are unsure where to start, use this page to find the right path: brand an existing style, modify a design or develop a new product, handle packaging with branding, or continue an active project through our collaboration tools.
Turn procurement requirements into actionable project inputs
A request is easier to evaluate when product, structure, branding, packaging, and project details are separated into clear inputs. Start with whatever is already decided—an existing product, target dimensions, a packaging format, a logo file, or even a reference image—and the matching route will show what to confirm next.
Choose this route when an existing bamboo or wooden comb already meets your requirements and the main task is branding. Confirm the style or set combination, then continue with logo and packaging—no structural work needed. Next step: product selection, then Packaging & Branding if required.
Choose this route when the product itself must change—dimensions, comb shape, teeth, handle, components—or when starting from a reference image, drawing, sample, or new concept. The goal is a reviewable, samplable structure ready for production, not a simple branding request. Next step: product development service for structure confirmation and sampling.
Choose this route when the product direction is set and the remaining work is brand presentation. Logo and packaging are handled as one coordinated scope: laser engraving, printing, hang tag, labeling; choose Bulk, Simple, Combination, Premium or Custom as the overall solution, then define components such as a paper sleeve, box or insert and any product set. Prepare the logo file, packaging dimensions, barcode info, and insert-card copy—or reference images first. Barcodes and instruction cards are available on request, not standard. Next step: Packaging & Branding to confirm method, format, and files.
Milestone entries for scheduling, packaging, and shipment status.
Use this area once a quotation request or active project record exists. It is not a manufacturing, logistics, or third-party service, but the workspace keeping project information organized across quotation, production, and shipment stages. Quote Records, Production Tracking, and Shipping Tracking share one project history—no need to restart from a new inquiry. Next step: open the entry matching the current stage.
Project flow
From initial direction to mass production, each stage should produce a clear next action
Service coverage
Most projects advance through a sequence of decisions: confirm whether the buyer uses an existing style or changes the product, clarify structure where needed, then review and approve samples. Branding and packaging can be prepared alongside once the product direction is clear.
Project support
Once the quotation and scope are confirmed, the focus shifts from choosing a service to managing execution: project records, production progress, packaging, shipment preparation, and post-dispatch tracking. Each stage should leave a defined output and a clear next step.
Scenario service
Different sourcing scenarios require different service priorities
Private-label and retail buyers usually start from an existing style and move quickly into branding and packaging. Gift and promotional projects weigh presentation, sets, logo, and format more heavily—review Packaging & Branding early. Salon and professional use may hinge on dimensions, teeth, and grip; choose modification or new development when no existing style fits.
Choose the path by what is still undecided, not by the buyer's industry name.
Private label
Focus on texture, logo consistency, and repeat stability.
After quotation confirmation, project actions move into the collaboration workflow
Once a quotation exists and the scope moves forward, service selection is largely done. Follow the current stage through the collaboration entries: Quote Records for responses, files, and messages; Production Tracking for recorded order progress; Shipping Tracking for transport status after dispatch.
These are internal project-record tools, not production, logistics, or third-party services. New projects before quotation: start from a route above or contact quote@vantrecomb.com. After-sales for existing orders: quote@vantrecomb.com.
Confidential and Exclusive Arrangements for Custom Projects
Standard custom development is provided on a non-exclusive basis. If a project requires pre-launch confidentiality, delayed publication, design exclusivity, a design buyout, exclusive supply or a customer-only structure, these terms can be defined separately at the quotation or project-confirmation stage. Standard sampling and development charges do not by themselves include exclusivity or an IP buyout.
