Customization & Ordering
For flat-comb styles, typical dimensional adjustments are approximately 60%–140% of the standard length and 80%–120% of the standard width, with custom thickness generally evaluated within 8–11 mm. Requests outside these ranges require additional review of the handle, spine and tooth-area proportions. Fine-tooth, wide-tooth and dual-tooth configurations can also be evaluated.
Branding can be applied to the comb body, packaging or hangtags using processes such as laser engraving, screen printing, hot stamping and UV printing. Packaging can be developed for wholesale, retail, e-commerce or gift programs.
Natural Material & Production Note
Natural bamboo and wood vary in grain and color. Reasonable dimensional variation may occur during finishing. Final material, dimensions, color and customized appearance follow the approved specification and sample.
