What artwork file formats do you require for logos?

We prefer vector formats for crisp reproduction: AI, CDR, SVG or high-resolution PDF.

• Convert all text to outlines (curves)
• Specify Pantone colour codes
• Bitmap files at 300 dpi or higher
• Keep a clear area around the logo for engraving

Without design files, share reference images or brand assets — our design team produces free digital mockups within 2 business days on the actual style before sampling.

Prepress checks every file within one business day for resolution, bleed and fonts before production. After approval, custom logo samples cost USD 50–100 per piece (existing styles USD 1–10), refundable per the refund rules.
