How are the deposit and balance payment arranged?

For mass production orders, payment is split into a deposit and a balance.

• Deposit (30%–50%): payable against the proforma invoice to start production. It secures your production slot and material procurement.
• Balance: the remaining amount is paid before shipment, once goods are inspected, packed and ready for loading.

This split protects both parties: you never pay the full amount upfront, and we do not ship before the balance is cleared.

The proforma invoice and sales contract state the trade terms, freight and insurance — see trade terms. Every payment is confirmed with an official receipt. Sample fees are separate — see sample fees and refund rules.
