Yes — product safety is a core requirement for every VANTRE order. Materials are natural and non-toxic, and the factory operates under certified quality and social-responsibility systems.

Materials. Our bamboo and wood are natural, renewable raw materials finished with eco-friendly water-based paint or natural wood wax oil. Cushions use natural rubber that is free of BPA and other harmful substances, and ABS handles meet common consumer-plastics safety expectations.

Certifications. The factory holds internationally recognized certifications covering responsible material sourcing, quality management and social responsibility — covering responsible sourcing, quality management and worker welfare.

Documentation. Test reports and certificate copies are available on request for any order, and we can support EU (REACH) and US market compliance documentation where applicable.

Production control. Finished combs pass visual and functional inspection before packing, with random sampling checks on tooth strength, surface finish and packaging. For new custom products, a pre-production sample approval ensures nothing reaches mass production before you confirm quality.
