What is the ODM design process?

Our ODM programme turns your comb idea into mass production in five steps, with a project manager following throughout.

Step 1 — Requirement discussion. Share target market, price, materials and functions. We confirm feasibility and a design brief within one business day.

Step 2 — Concept drawings and 3D mockups within 2 business days, before any tooling.

Step 3 — Sample confirmation within 5–10 business days. Custom samples cost USD 50–100 per piece, refundable per the refund rules.

Step 4 — Mass production in 25–45 days (40–60 days in peak season) after approval, MOQ from 5,000 pieces.

Step 5 — QC and shipment, with every batch inspected before loading and progress trackable online per milestone.
