How can I track my order production progress?

Once your order enters production, we issue a tracking token — sent from notify@notice.vantrecomb.com or via your salesperson. Open the tracking page, enter the token, and you will see production progress and shipment events newest-first, each with timestamp, location or category, public note and proof photos. Access follows your order's current permissions; your salesperson confirms the exact steps for your account.

The timeline reflects factory milestones: material arrival and cutting, sanding, polishing, decoration (laser engraving, screen printing, hot stamping or UV printing), assembly, quality inspection on dimensions, appearance and packaging, and carton packing with actual carton and labelling photos.

Share the token with your team or buyer agents so everyone sees the same live status. If a token fails or an event is missing, write to quote@vantrecomb.com with the token — answered in working hours (Mon–Fri, 18:00–05:00 (UTC+8) / 10:00–21:00 (UTC+0)).
