How long is a quote valid?

Formal VANTRE quotes are valid as stated on the quote — typically 14 days from the date of issue. Each quote carries a number in the format QTxxxxx and lists unit price, currency, packaging, MOQ, lead time, trade terms and payment terms in a single proforma invoice.

Bamboo and wood prices move with harvesting seasons and logistics demand, and exchange rates move between quoting and confirmation. Within the validity window we hold the price firm for you.

If a quote expires, we notify you in advance, share the reference data behind any change, and reissue a new quote, usually within 2 business days. Confirm quantity and packaging inside the window; in peak season (September to December) early confirmation also protects your production slot.
