Can sample fees be deducted from the mass order?

Yes. When your mass order reaches 10,000 pieces — the sample fees you have paid are refunded in full as a credit on the final invoice. There is no time limit, so samples ordered earlier in the same project still count.

Standard-style samples are USD 1–10 per piece and custom-developed samples are USD 50–100 per piece, covering design, tooling and handmade work (mockups within 2 business days, samples in 5–10 business days).

Multiple sample rounds within the same project accumulate and are deducted together once the threshold is met. Tell your sales manager the sample order numbers; we verify payment records against order quantity and apply the credit, with the balance settled per payment terms (30%–50% deposit, balance before shipment).
