What are the shipping times and costs to Europe and the US?

Planning references, not delivery guarantees, counted from the date of departure. By sea from Ningbo: approximately 30–35 days by sea to Europe and 25–30 days by sea to the US West Coast. Samples and urgent orders ship via DHL, FedEx and UPS and arrive in 2–5 days.

Our forwarder charges by volume weight — the larger of actual and dimensional weight — which matters for light, bulky comb cartons. Share carton dimensions, quantities, destination postal code and target arrival date and we will provide estimated sea freight and courier quotes before you order.

Sea freight suits mass orders (20 ft / 40 ft container or LCL); courier suits samples, restocks and urgent door-to-door orders with tracking; air freight is available on request per kilogram. Under FOB terms the buyer arranges main carriage; under CIF or DDP we arrange and quote freight for you.

For a freight quote, write to quote@vantrecomb.com with volume, destination and target arrival date — we reply in working hours (Mon–Fri, 18:00–05:00 (UTC+8) / 10:00–21:00 (UTC+0)).
