Before ordering

What is included in a quote and how do I read it?

Our formal quote is a proforma invoice with reference QTxxxxx. Every quote clearly shows:

  • Unit price and currency
  • Packaging details (standard or custom)
  • MOQ for the selected style
  • Production lead time (25–45 days standard)
  • Trade terms — FOB, CIF, EXW or DDP, confirmed in the PI
  • Payment terms: T/T (bank transfer) with a 30%–50% deposit to start production and the balance before shipment
  • Quote validity of 14 days

Prices state the trade term confirmed in the PI. Sea transit figures are planning references only: EU about 30–35 days and US about 25–30 days — not delivery guarantees.

Check unit price against budget first, then MOQ, lead time and incoterms against your launch plan, then the payment schedule with finance. Reply to the quote email for adjustments — usually confirmed the same day. Review, accept or re-negotiate in your quote records panel before ordering; nothing is charged until you confirm.
