Which channel should you use?

quote@vantrecomb.com: quotes, product selection, OEM/ODM customisation, samples and new projects.
quote@vantrecomb.com: quality issues, claims, order changes and after-sales service.
quote@vantrecomb.com: production progress, shipping status and documents for existing orders.

You can also use the inquiry form on any product page, or build a quote folder from multiple product pages and submit it — the folder reaches our export sales team directly. For urgent matters, mention your order number or quote number in the subject line so we can respond faster.
